Using Anihub

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Anihub LLC ("Anihub," "we," or "us"). By using Anihub, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must allow you to use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it resulted from a failure on our side.

Your creations

You keep ownership of content you create and submit. You must have the rights needed to use that content. You give Anihub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display it only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote Anihub and the experiences you choose to publish. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where a copy must remain for legal, security, backup, or operational reasons.

Community rules

Do not use Anihub to break the law, harm or exploit people, harass others, impersonate someone, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, cheat in ways that harm other players, or evade safety and access controls. Sexual content involving minors is never allowed.

AI and game experiences

AI responses and generated content can be incorrect, unexpected, or unsuitable. Treat them as creative output, not professional advice. Games and other experiences may change, reset, become unavailable, or contain rules and notices of their own.

Purchases

Prices, credits, subscription terms, taxes, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Payments are handled through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms shown at checkout and any rights provided by applicable law. Virtual credits and access have no cash value outside Anihub and cannot be transferred unless a feature expressly allows it.

Anihub's platform

Anihub and its software, branding, designs, and first-party content belong to Anihub or its licensors. These terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

Enforcement

We may remove content or limit, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect people, secure the platform, or comply with law. We will consider context and severity when practical.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Anihub reliable, but the service is provided as available and may sometimes be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, Anihub is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Anihub develops. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
