Information from your use of Anihub

We receive basic technical and activity information needed to operate the service, such as your IP address, browser and device details, session information, pages and features used, game activity, and error or security logs. We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, protect requests, remember preferences, and make the site work.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Anihub, save your work and progress, process requests, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve features, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

AI features

Prompts, conversations, images, and related context may be sent to AI service providers when that is necessary to generate a response or image. Avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information with AI characters or creative tools.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Anihub receives transaction details such as the product, amount, status, and a payment or customer reference, but does not store your complete card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, analyze, or operate Anihub. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the platform, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Public content

Profiles, characters, images, games, and other content marked public can be seen by other people. Keep personal or confidential details out of anything you publish.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide Anihub, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can update available account details from your settings. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may remain where retention is required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, backups, or legal obligations.

Children

Anihub is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please let us know so we can review and remove it.
